For a McDonald's, this place is great. They only lost a star because they were out of a few things and McDonald's as a whole has changed to the constantly changing screen menus and taken off several dollar menu items. Why would they even call it a hot and spicy McChicken if the regular McChicken doesn't exist any more? No need to specify.
When I pulled up and ordered, everything started off ok. The drive thru moved at an ok pace even though they were pulling trucks up to wait. When I reached the payment window, the employee was rather short with me and no matter how many times I said please and thank you I still didn't receive the extra ice I asked for in my sweet tea. When I got to the window that I received my order at the employee was a bit nicer. However, she did seem to be still sleeping as I asked her for strawberry jelly and I was met with a few huh? Oh! And aights. At least I got a you're welcome from her. Not somewhere i visit frequently. But its convenient location is close to my job. I just notice the decline in most mcdonalds employees these days.

They day shift is very friendly and stuff will come out on time! The night shift is absolutely horrendous!! They are so rude and always "out" of stuff but really they start breaking down things before they close. I was there at 9:30 and they had already shut there machines down so no one could order anything. Need better night staff they are awful!!!!
We didn't get half our food that we had ordered. We realized when it was too late and already on the interstate.
