I enjoy my visits ...food is good and most if not all of the workers are so kind and even make me smile and laugh. And they still remain professional. Friendliness goes a long way with me. On the flip side, profanity, excessive clowning, and excessive conversation in front of customers, if stopped, would increase ratings and make eating here even more enjoyable.
Biiiiitch this was HORRIBLE! The staff paid up no mind. When u first walk in theres stuff all over the floor and the tables werent clean. The crew needs training in customer service. Its really terrible in there. Although there was a cook who came and took care of us when it wasnt his job. The waitresses just looked at you sit down while they wait for some one to come and take care of u. Then when the order was finally taken the food did not come correctly. Stopped in going back from Destin FL to Austin Tx. Central Texas only has one location for waffle house! best breakfast i had in awhile. Prompt and courteous employees.
This place is honestly a real joy and a huge spot for people as it usually has plenty of patrons. Of course this is Waffle House, so don’t expect anything crazy in terms of cleanliness or five star food. The staff is friendly,the food is good and cheap, and the service is usually pretty quick.
Stopped for a late dinner and almost turned around in the parking lot but I went in anyway. The one cook there was in her car on the cell phone when we pulled up and her uniform was a mess. The restaurant was a mess and we were the only ones there. The two waitresses were nice but lacking on service also. The "cook" didn't come inside the building until our order was placed. I had to ask for utensils, salt and pepper, more coffee, and the check. The waffles sat on the counter before being brought to us and were cold when we got them. Nothing was brought to the table on its own. The food was ok but the service and dirty area was enough to not come back.
